How to request deletion

To request deletion of your account and all data associated with it, send us an email from the same account you use in the app (or mention which Google account is linked) at the address below. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Account — email address and Google ID linked to the app
• Profile — name, username, club, belt, grading date
• Progress — XP, level, badges, training statistics
• Journal and notes — all entries in the Judo Journal and Notes that were synced to the server
• Premium status — subscription data (an active subscription must first be cancelled directly through your Google Play account)

Data on your device

Progress, journal entries and settings stored locally on your phone (not on the server) are deleted immediately by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data through Android settings — no request is needed for that data.

Partial deletion

If you'd like to keep your account but have only a specific part of your data deleted (e.g. your AI Sensei conversation history), you can request that with the same email — just specify what you'd like removed.
